Delievery Conditions General terms and conditions You must accept our General Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page. Prices All prices are in EUR incl. 25% VAT. Freight charges will be specified before you confirm your purchase. (Information concerning specially procured/fabricated goods is always specified by e-mail or telephone following placement of your order, however).Please note that freight prices are only applicable on orders up to 20 kg in Denmark and abroad. For deliveries in excess of 20 kg, the freight price will be forwarded by e-mail or telephone, after which the goods will be sent. International shipping: When ordering goods to be delivered abroad, the same rules apply. The price depends on the volume and weight of the package. Receipt and acceptance of your order After completing your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail receipt/order confirmation specifying which products you have ordered. Notification of goods which are not in stock will take place by e-mail or by telephone. We recommend that you always keep your receipts. E-shop can cancel your order as a result of technical problems, failures concerning delivery or similar situations. Payment cards You can use the following payment cards: Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express http://www.peter-iversen.com/images/card_logos.gif Delivery We endeavour to effect all orders that are placed before 12.00 on Monday to Friday on the following working day provided that the article concerned is in stock. Notification of holiday shutdown periods will appear on our E-shop. Freight Calculated on the basis of volume and weight, and sent at the applicable freight rate. Please note, however, that the price of freight in excess of 20 kg will be calculated and subsequently sent by e-mail. All freight on specially procured/fabricated goods will be calculated and forwarded by e-mail. Right of cancellation 14 days’ right of cancellation from when the goods are delivered. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must return the goods at your own expense in the original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Specially produced goods fabricated according to the customer’s wishes may not be returned. Adhesive labels or writing may not appear on the original packaging. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you will receive your money back as soon as we have inspected the goods. We will transfer the amount corresponding to the purchase price. Receipt of the goods On receiving the goods, you must remember to check the goods for any visible signs of damage. If the packaging is damaged or has other visible signs of defect, you should sign the consignment document, but with a proviso for any damage to the contents. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, the package can be collected at the nearest post office or freight centre affiliated to your district. If you do not receive the goods within a reasonable period of time, you should contact us by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible in order to enable us to trace the goods. Processing of complaints If the goods received are subject to flaws or deficiencies, you must contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. For consumer purchases, a 2-year period in which notice must be given of any lack of conformity of goods applies. The right to invoke lack of conformity is void if the non-conformity is due to your own actions, e.g. incorrect installation or similar. If you have received the wrong goods in relation to the order confirmation, you must notify us to this effect as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail.
